At Kreate Technologies, the talent acquisition team was managing a growing number of open roles across software development, cloud infrastructure, AI engineering, QA automation, and enterprise delivery functions. Applications were arriving throughout the day , and increasingly, throughout the night.

The recruitment team had strong recruiters, clear hiring processes, and growing demand. What they needed was a faster and more responsive candidate engagement experience.
