A mid-sized pharmaceutical manufacturer with 1,200 production staff across four facilities had the data to understand its workforce. What it lacked was the intelligence to connect it. Batch records, safety observations, training logs, certification files, and HRMS data all existed , in seven separate systems, talking to no one.

The result was a performance management model that was simultaneously over-resourced in data and starved of insight. Supervisors were coaching from instinct. Deviation investigations were reactive. Safety risks were discovered after incidents rather than before them. And in a regulatory environment where every quality event has a human dimension, none of this was acceptable.

The organisation's performance management infrastructure was structurally fragmented. Seven source systems operated in isolation. No platform connected individual operator behaviour to batch quality outcomes, safety patterns, or regulatory evidence , simultaneously.

Our Solution
